Why unit 35
It sits in the middle of Paradise Village. The two-tier pool is a few steps from the door, and the big lawn starts at the edge of the patio.
Everything is on one floor, which matters when the trip includes grandparents or toddlers. Kids can play spikeball or tag on the grass while you sit by the fire table, and the hot tub out back is yours alone.
